Menus tend to get damaged and torn really fast. Adding a wooden frame to our menu made it more durable and long-lasting. We used a post-and-screw style binding—so now, whenever we rethink the food items, we can simply remove and insert a new page without having to create and print the entire menu from scratch.
At Gusto, the essence of poetry plays an important role. So, we found a place for it on our menu. In the end, the whole menu looks and feels like a painting.
And since Gusto has more than one painting, we thought—why not have more covers for our menu?
